Trauma-informed therapy for adults seeking real, lasting change

You may have already done the self-work. You’ve read the books, maybe spent years in therapy, journaled endlessly, tried mindfulness, or learned to self-soothe when things spiral.
And yet—something still feels unresolved. Something deeper. Harder to name.

At Inner Universe Psychology, I work with people who are ready to stop circling the surface and begin the real work of transformation.
The kind of therapy I offer isn’t about quick fixes, symptom checklists, or intellectual insight alone.

It’s about helping you reconnect with your body, your emotions, and your inner knowing—so you can feel more fully alive, integrated, and free.

You may be carrying the weight of complex trauma, CPTSD, or dissociative experiences that have shaped the way you relate to yourself and others.
You might feel disconnected from your own truth, or unsure of how to trust what you feel.
You may even look “high functioning” on the outside, while privately carrying pain, numbness, or shame that won’t resolve through willpower alone.

My clients are often sensitive, intuitive, independent thinkers.
They value depth, emotional honesty, and self-responsibility.
They are not afraid to be challenged—or at least, they’re willing to stay present when it happens.
They’re curious, open to feedback, and committed to the messy, courageous process of healing at the root.

How I Work
Therapy with me is relational, experiential, and deeply attuned.
Together, we’ll explore the inner architecture of your struggles—how protective parts of you formed, what they're trying to achieve, and what it means to reconnect with your most authentic self.

I integrate a multidimensional approach, drawing from parts work (IFS-informed), CRM, EFT, DBR, psychodynamic therapy, somatic and attachment-based models, and practical skills when needed.
But more than techniques, what matters most is the relationship we build: one that invites depth, truth, and transformation.

This is a space where you don’t have to perform or be “fixed.”
You just need to show up—with honesty, humility, and a willingness to feel what’s real.

If you're ready...
If you’re ready to take responsibility for your inner world, engage deeply in your healing, and show up for the kind of therapy that asks something real of you—I’d be honoured to walk alongside you.
